With Italian origins from the Puglia and Lombardy area, we continue to make fresh, handmade pasta with the same tact as Nonna Vincenza did.
One of her ten children, Matteo Tranquillo and his wife Montse Vidal, started this project almost 20 years ago. Currently their son Jordi continues with the family tradition, incorporating his culinary creations to the restaurant’s recipes.
